Hindal Ventures provides a high level of service in corporate advisory, fund raising, acquisitions and divestments to SMEs and start-up businesses. Natasha also brings a particular focus on the biotech sector, an area in which Hindal had previously been under-represented.
Hindal Ventures aims to provide a differentiated, client focussed advice proposition which is based on a full assessment of a client’s needs and business objectives.
Before joining Hindal, Natasha ran her own successful consulting business advising SME’s at various stages of the value cycle, from conception and implementation of strategies, to the commercialization of business ideas, in particular new technologies.

Harry has a wealth of experience in the hospitality, accommodation and food sectors having worked in the industry for over 20 years. He has been actively involved in the Accommodation Industry being a Board member of the Hotel Motel Accommodation Association of Victoria since 1999, the last 2 years as the Chairman.
Alto Hotel is Melbourne’s first purpose built eco friendly Hotel providing accommodation to both the leisure & corporate markets.
The policies & development have ensured healthy occupancy levels since the property opened 6 weeks ago with over 25% of future bookings coming from export markets.
Stephen Roebuck, Managing Director.
After completing his apprenticeship as an Airframe Engineer at British Aerospace, Manchester in 1981, Stephen then worked at several locations across Europe, including Norway, Denmark and Holland on a subcontract basis for 8 years. Migrating to Australia in 1989,
Stephen formed Aerostaff Australia Pty Ltd in 1990. Specializing in ‘Aviation and Defence Sheetmetal Manufacture’, gaining Civil Aviation Safety Authority of Australia approval No 1387. In April 2004 Aerostaff gained Aerospace Standard 9100 accreditation from (LRQA).
Aerostaff supply to all the main Aviation and Defence Primes in Australia and also export to North America and Asia.

Since its inception in 1993 Charlwood Design has made a commitment to culture a passion for the value of good design. The winner of the VDA Major Industrial Design Award 1996-97, Charlwood Design has established itself as a provider of total product development.
Much of their work has involved working in the international environment and designing to meet international standards. Most recently Charlwood designed the baton for the Queens Baton Relay.
Page Up was established in 1997 by husband and wife team Karen and Simon Cariss. Page UP is a fully Australian owned software development and Application Service Provider. PageUp’s initial focus was on developing customised database applications for corporate, SME and government clients.
Over the years they have built on their beginnings to create a suite of complementary products. At PageUp, they strive to build software for people that didn’t grow up with computers, meaning that all of our solutions are both user friendly and easily implemented.
The team has grown from 2 to 35 staff (plus 6 in Sydney). Their impressive client base includes Coles/Myer, Flight Centre, BHP Biliton, ANZ & Foster Group. They were also listed in BRW Fast 100 in 2004 & 2005.

ZIPT Grooming for Men is Melbournes CBD’s day spa for fellas.
Unashamedly un-pink, the sparse environment offers men skincare,massage,waxing and steam treatments – “women have facials, men have face treatments”.
20 months down the track, ZIPT responds to questions about its clients by say:
- no, they’re not all 24
- no, they-re not all celebrities
- no, they’re not all gay
- no, they’re not all footy players
They are sixteen to sixties, lawyers and electricians, accountants and truck drivers, students and all types of executives. Honest. They say their client demographic is “male and breathing”.
Businesses are now using ZIPT gift certificates for employee benefit uses – bonuses and incentives.

ACS provides specialist consultancy services, including operational safety auditing, compliance documentation and training programs. 80% of the company’s business is now in export sales, with 30 current international clients including Air France, KLM, Japan Airlines, Air Canada, China Airlines and Qantas.
Prior to launching Aviation Compliance Solutions, Jackie was the former Quality Assurance Manager – Operations for Ansett Airlines and formed ACS following the airlines wind-up in late 2001.
