Forty Award Winners from the Business 3000+ Awards Program will come together to celebrate the 10th anniversary of the Awards Program at a gala cocktail party on Thursday 8 May 2014 at the Melbourne Town Hall from 6pm – 8pm. Minister for Small Business, The Hon. Russell Northe and Deputy Lord Mayor Susan Riley will join innovative Melbourne businesses including Keep Cup, Melbourne Rooftop Honey, Starrez, STREAT, Lupe Wines, Polaris Communications & Enspire, who are all past Award winners, to celebrate small business success in Melbourne over the past decade.
The celebratory evening will also feature keynote speaker, Geoff Harris, Co-founder of the Flight Centre, former Vice President of Hawthorn Football Club and Philanthropist, presenting ‘The Flight Centre story’ and his tips for leadership in the 21st century.
Since 2004, the Business 3000+ Awards Program has annually recognised and celebrated the achievements of small and medium sized businesses within the City of Melbourne, who contribute to the vibrancy and commercial success of our city. Over the past decade, 40 businesses across all industry sectors have won a Business 3000+ Award for their achievements.
